Great exterior cleaner

Once the product arrives, I typically clean my car immediately. I trust the product and the company, which is why I am a repeat customer. The items I have purchased consistently meet the claimed standards. I would highly recommend these products to anyone. They may be pricey, but they are worth the investment when they live up to expectations.

I did not receive the product, and customer service was unhelpful. They informed me that they changed suppliers and it was my responsibility to get a refund from the bank, which proved impossible. There has been no further communication from them, so proceed with caution. They only needed to send one spray. I will avoid this service in the future and recommend choosing a different company.

Subscription cancellation issue

I accidentally signed up for a monthly order. While I enjoy the product, I don't need this much. I can't find a way to cancel the subscription, and it's affecting my finances. I'm considering cancelling my credit card to stop the subscription. I received two orders recently, and I would love to give a five-star review, but I can't until there's a way to cancel.
