Extremely disappointing experience

Returns are supposed to be easy and friendly. This is ridiculous, no cancellations even though I put in a request to cancel minutes after purchase. Returns are to be paid from own money and no refunds are provided for the returns costs. Extremely disappointing and poor service from such a nice place would have expected much better I have purchased so much from this brand previously a lot of its products I adore, however I will now have to think twice before purchasing anything and suggesting this brand to others. Extremely disappointing!

Very nice Christmas Chocolates

Chocolates arrived quickly and well packaged. They were bought as Christmas presents so haven't sampled them, but they look very tempting. The festive selection box was much bigger than it looked online which was a nice surprise!

Still not received my goods despite paying for express delivery. It appears they are not able to fulfil orders in busy times. It’s been a week and still not sure when the items are coming.
