I've made multiple purchases here, and each time my order has arrived at the southern coast of the UK within 24 hours from Northern Ireland. I'm very impressed. The clothing quality is comparable to leading brands. I will certainly shop here again.
I bought a combo pack just before Christmas, but the cargos weren't my style. Everything else, including the sliders, T-shirt, socks, and hoody, was perfect. I've shopped here several times and the clothing quality is excellent, but the service is lacking. When I tried to return the unworn cargos, the manager denied me a credit note because I was a day late. While I understand my delay, the item was new. I requested to escalate the issue but was told to email instead, receiving a flat refusal. It's disappointing that a local business adopts such a corporate approach. I suggest better training for the management on customer service, as this could harm the business in the long run.
