Review Time
Ordered several items but only some arrived. The website stated to wait in case the order was to be delivered separately. This did not happen so contacted them but was met with the virtual assistant. This stated that I need a customer service advisor but could not provide contact detail nor transfer me. Found the details & emailed. Received a reply to forward photos of the missing items. Still waiting for any response or resolution.
My experience was very good while I was placing my order, it was quick and easy. Delivery was also very quick, the only problem I did have was the box was to big and not enough packing inside. The box was squashed in at one corner which in tail has damaged the corners of the chocolate boxes which are Christmas presents. :(
