First class service. Great price deal and the advent calendars were dispatched and then delivered very quickly. We were notified and updated throughout the process. I'd definitely use Lindt again. Very very pleased with the whole process.
I would give them a -1 if I could. Order placed for next day delivery. One WEEK later, still haven’t received my order. Their customer service is pathetic, they don’t give you answers & take days to reply. This company charges extortionate amounts of money, but utterly FAIL to deliver. It took, 3 social media msgs, 2 online complaint forms & 3 days before they bothered to respond. Acting like they doing me a favor refunding my delivery fee! They forget it’s bc they didn’t provide the service I paid for! As I write this. I still don’t have my items & now it’s a waste of time. It was meant to be gifts for a date that has now surpassed
