Edit: - Customer service has called and a lady actually listened and tried to help which was better than most. They said they have sent out a £15 gift card which is nice however i would have still preferred no refund and no gift card and what i ordered sent out. - Ordered 4 x advent calendars as part of an offer. Only got 1 sent. Spoke to customer service who refunded the cost of the 4 advent calendars without me asking. I explained that I wanted the 4 so could they just send me the 3 that are missing as if I was to buy them individually it would cost more than the refund and was told no. No offer of trying to help or get them to me at a reduced rate due to the inconvenience caused. Won’t bother using the website again, customer service is non existent.
