My order was incorrect I queried it with Lindt and was told it would be investigated and a refund would be processed but I still wanted the blood orange Chocolate that I ordered so i told them I didn’t want the refund but requested they sent the correct items. I was then told that they had run out of stock so I had to have a refund. The website clearly said the items were in stock and when I asked why they were still for sale I didn’t get an answer.
