I decided to treat my wife to a box of Lindt Chocolates so I went onto Lindts website to see what choices they had because I have always bought chocolates from a shop in the past.I found the site very easy to navigate through so I ordered a 2 kg box of pick & mix Chocolates which had a freebie I also hadl a birthday code for small box of chocolate so I was very happy so I ordered them, straight away I had an email confirming my order and to say it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days, to my surprise the following morning I had an email from Royal mail to say my parcel from Lindt was going to be delivered, how quick was that 😁😁 the package was well wrapped up so I was very happy I would definitely recommend buying off Lindts website.
I had ordered many times from Lindt with great experiences however this time around the Post Office service was very very poor. The delivery driver rang the bell and left our parcel containing over £60.00 worth of chocolates sitting on my door step.... luckily my Husband was home. They never even waited to see if anyone was home. I caught this all n my ring camera
