My order, when it arrived, was completely wrong. I made a complaint on Wednesday 23rd October which was passed to “warehousing for investigation” and despite my chasing up I still haven’t heard anything or received the correct order (27th October). I was particularly annoyed as I’d bought the products as a gift - I then had to call in at a supermarket to buy something. Very disappointed!EDIT: I was called later that day by a very helpful member of the Lindt team who resolved the matter to my satisfaction.
