Free gift not provided with the order, however after raising three support tickets this was resolved positively. The Lindt products are delicious and I treated myself to the dessert chocolate box which is some of the best chocolates I’ve had, great selection and most enjoyable. The lower star rating is best on the difficult experience with the customer service and support team, the actual products would be 5 stars
