Quick delivery. Well packaged to avoid damage to chocolates. Updates from courier about delivery.The reason for 4 stars not 5 is that the order was packaged in two separate boxes and came in two separate deliveries on different days. I had not received any communication to say this would be the case, and so when the 1st delivery arrived with what appeared to be missing items I had to go through the process of contacting the company and then cancelling their enquiries when the second box arrived the next day. All this would have been avoided if an email has been sent letting me know it would be a split delivery. Anyway, it did all arrive, with the usual high quality chocolate you expect from Lindt.
My order was missing three items and three items that had not been ordered were in the box. When contacted I was disappointed that the only way of resolving this issue was by refunding the cost of the items where I would have liked replacements.
