Review Time
I received my order this week and the dress is not the same fabric and not the same cut as what was advertised. I’ve emailed them with photos from their website and photos of the actual item I received, and they simply reply that they’re sad to hear that I’m disappointed, but they’ll only offer me seven euros ( the item in question was more than €30 ). This is a fraudulent company.
Purchased two dresses. One was o k material is very see-through you will need an underskirt. Second dress had a mark on it . I wanted to return it but Linenne were not interested they made offers of compensation I sent photos of the mark sent photos of all the delivery labels as requested. They said it’s expensive for me to post I said that’s fine, they did not want me to return it. . Last offer of compensation was $10- I’ve heard no more. Still have a dress I can’t wear and I’m $45 out of pocket. You choose!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! After waiting for weeks for my jumpsuit to arrive I received an e-mail that it had been delivered. NOT SO! They gave me a post office tracking number but the post office stated it was NOT one of theirs. I asked for them to resend the jumpsuit or refund me. The only response I keep getting is "your order has been delivered". So, they have refused to rectify the problem. I have NO jumpsuit and I am out 44.73$. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Fabric feels comfy, casual look hits just right for laid-back vibes. Happy to add something easygoing yet stylish to my wardrobe. Seems durable enough to handle regular wear comfortably. Waited around three weeks for this to arrive but glad it finally showed up.
Extremely disappointed. Ordered a shirt and dress that were represented to look like linen/cotton design. After 5 weeks, clothing delivered (from Chicago address), awful design printed on cheap synthetic fabric and very bad fitting. Contacted company who said it would be too expensive for me to return (at my expense) and offered me $7.00, then $9.00 to keep merchandise and not report problems.
Online the dresses present much differently than they do once in hand. The quality of the workmanship is that of a high school level. The print/pattern itself is disjointed, in that it doesn't flow throughout the dress. Its application is often "smeared" or "uneven". Examples: OHO368502 (cats head is disjointed) - OHO366144 (musical notes). Given that the dresses did not arrive until 29 days after the order was placed, there was no opportunity to apply for a refund or exchange. I would like to return these 2 dresses noted above for a refund.At this point in time, I would strongly recommend to others that they do not purchase any clothing from this company. I also find it very strange that there was absolutely no labeling attached to the product (washing instructions, where made, size, type of material). I can't fully express how disappointed I am in this product.
