Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆Title: Misleading Refund Process – Return to Brazil for a UK Order!I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lirois.I purchased items in GBP assuming it was a local retailer. Only after applying for a refund did I find out that I had to ship the return all the way to Brazil — it was not mentioned in the refund policy.Despite following all their instructions and sending proof of shipment, I received only items refund. They refused to refund the shipping cost, even though they had clearly promised to do so once proof was provided.The whole process was slow, confusing, and deceptive. Communication is inconsistent, replies take days, and they avoid responsibility at every step.Avoid Lirois — Poor communication, and unreliable refunds.
I'd give zero stars if it was an option. I ordered a jacket from them and the picture and description said a jacket. What I received was a flimsy cheap shirt that only similarity is that it's the same colour as the jacket. Do not buy from this company.
I bought a Lirois' promotional clothing, a half zip jumper with the brand name of R&L. The reduced price is approx. £34 from almost £100. However, Upon the delivery, I found the jumper is not good in quality as expected or showing on Lirois website. Poor fabric quality with similar logo of renowned Ralph Lauren but using the brand name R&L to cause misleading perceptions. No brand name tag on collar, the package is like the one bought from Temu with grey courier bag. Extremely disappointed. After followed up with Lirois, the item was 55% refunded while I keep the shit because if I need to have a full refund, I need to send the package back to Brasil instead of the UK. This item made with poor quality from China is not recommended.
