Amazing support team and promising services

3 stars because invoices come way too…

3 stars because invoices come way too early like 15-20 days before hand n if you setup auto debit you’ll be paying every 15-20 daysMy invoice was due for 25 but came on 10th so account was set to autodebit n cut on 10th

LiteServer has been very reliable

LiteServer has been very reliable. I've been with them since 2021 and I've only experienced one outage since then which is very good. The support is great and goes above and beyond to help. Recently I needed to install Arch on my vps but couldn't use vnc due to my blindness, they made an exception and installed it for me despite not usually helping customers with unmanaged vps's. I did have some latency issues with them however they have now been fixed. They also have very fair pricing. Over-all, excellent hosting provider.

Excellent customer service

I have been with LiteServer since 2019. I have never had any problems with the service, and anytime I had questions, customer service was prompt and helpful. Recently, I upgraded my server to a new type of virtualization to save money, and again customer service went above and beyond what I would expect, even allowing me to use extra data to be able to complete the transition to the new server before the end of the month. I have a contract for another 3 years and am satisfied that they will provide whatever I need.
