Absolute garbage company and product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! We have had issues for over a year (bought in Nov 2024) now of our microwave/oven just randomly completely shut off. Happens sometimes multiple times a day. They have been out probably over 7 times. And many times it just gets worse. Every time we call they say they will send someone out before the deem it unfixable. After over a year and many many people coming out (often rescheduling at the last minute after we moved our day around for them to come, as me and my husband both have jobs- crazy concept I know), I would think it would be deemed as unfixable. They are the absolute worse company. Dont ever ever ever buy from them. All I want is my money back so I can buy from a different company.
Returned home on Christmas Eve to find our month-old freezer had stopped functioning, leading to the loss of all our food, including our Christmas dinner, totaling over $500. Being in our 70s, replacing that food is a financial burden we can't manage. I reached out to multiple representatives; while they promised to repair the freezer, they offered no compensation for the lost food. After much persistence, one representative finally sent me a $50 card for groceries. It's disappointing that the company seems indifferent to the needs of their elderly customers.
I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing my washer and dryer combo. This appliance is incredibly frustrating! The balance load feature often gives an error message based on how much laundry is loaded. I was in a rush to complete my wash before sundown, but by the time the sun set, I was still stuck with an error. My wet clothes remained in the washer, and I couldn't just remove them because it doesn't always resolve the issue. The design is very poor, and it feels like it was created without considering user experience. It's disappointing that the company doesn't respond to customer feedback.

However, the part delivered was incorrect, and now, just days before Christmas with family coming over, I learned we can't have the range repaired until after the holiday. While I feel let down, I choose to remain positive about the brand that has historically provided good service.
The delivery team made a terrible impression. Everything seemed like a challenge, and they acted as if it was their first installation. I overheard them speaking poorly about me outside my door. They claimed I should be grateful for their service, despite me doing all the prep work. They also lost the paperwork for removing the old appliance and refused to take it. Plus, they damaged the new appliance, necessitating a replacement. When they rescheduled my replacement, they did so last minute, leaving me without a functional appliance. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
The fridge broke down just 23 days after purchase. I had to wait a week for a technician and another week for a part. Customer service seemed more focused on upselling warranties than resolving my issue. I've had enough and requested a refund, but the company refused to expedite or honor it.
After installing a new oven, I noticed a strong gas smell every time it was used. When I called for help, a technician identified a delayed ignition issue and shut off the gas supply. He said he would return with the necessary part, but when the day arrived, the part hadn’t been ordered. The customer service has been appalling, and I would recommend avoiding this brand entirely.
