Shipping was spot on

Shipping was spot on. I’ve ran the battery once. It’s for my graphs on my boat. During the maiden voyage it was still at 60% at the point my previous battery was dying. (Another brand 100AH vs. Litime 165Ah)

Can not get help!New battery and charger from you and can not get it to charge. I spoke with customer service Tuesday and was told someone will be contacting me within 24-48hrs. Well you failed. Please send me return documents as I am returning both items.

Super great customer service

Super great customer service. The batteries are so very well packaged and look so professional. The Fed Ex ordeal was a disaster but customer service did a wonderful job. I’ve tried for over a hour to register with no luck. Can’t wait to try them out
