Can not get help!New battery and charger from you and can not get it to charge. I spoke with customer service Tuesday and was told someone will be contacting me within 24-48hrs. Well you failed. Please send me return documents as I am returning both items.
First time doing business with LiTime. Their technical support was very helpful directing me to the correct battery and charger for my application. My order arrived in several days with free shipping. Will be doing business with them in the future.
Super great customer service. The batteries are so very well packaged and look so professional. The Fed Ex ordeal was a disaster but customer service did a wonderful job. I’ve tried for over a hour to register with no luck. Can’t wait to try them out
