Review Time
Summer was the person who helped me and she did a great job. Obviously LiTime is a Chinese based company so there's a delay in responding to you because of the time difference. But Litime is NOT like Temu or Vevor; LiTime behaves like a legitimate USA company more in line with Walmart or Amazon. Chinese companies who sell direct on line like Temu ,Vevor, and Ebay will take your money but if you have a problem you will hit a brick wall: Zero help. Zero way to get your money back. I bought a LiTime 230Ah battery, a DC to DC charger, and a 3000 watt inverter. The products look solid and time will tell if they hold up.
I ordered two items. A battery and a Battery charger. They were shipped separately. Battery charger arrived on schedule.LiTime does not know where the battery is. It is three days past do and neither they nor the shipper knows its location. Very sad situation. Customer service is absolutely no help. If it does not arrive in another day I will have to cancel the order. I cannot encourage anyone to do business with LiTime.
