The app is easy to use for discounts and the pizza is decent, especially for the price. The store near me sometimes runs a little long on the orders but I usually order pizza during a busy time, so I can’t fault them on that! Good bargain when you don’t feel like cooking!

Hot and ready is a lie. I have never been into the one in Massillon Ohio and ever had them actually have a pizza hot and ready. Not even once. You still have to sit and order and wait and the whole point is that the pizza sucks so bad that’s the only reason people come there and you still manage to screw that up go figure Massillon winners.
I had 2 medium pizzas and 2 bags of the crazy bread delivered to my house. When the guy arrived I was missing the bread sticks and once I ate the pizza, y’all I have to tell you I was on that toilet throwing up out of both ends (if you know what I mean). Normally I don’t have a problem with Little Caesars but this experience makes me not want any to re-order from my local Little Caesars again.
My family and I don't have many days to enjoy freely and sadly the Little Caesars on 2045 Sheridan Boulevard SUITE J, Edgewater, CO 80214 made it more of a hassle. We ordered through the app, small order mind you, around 5:30pm for a pickup at 6:45pm. We arrived late at 7:10pm, due to traffic and our pizza wasn't even started!! Despite the fact the app said our pizza was done and ready to be picked up by 6:50pm. The female manager was absolutely no help and had no remorse for the inconvenience. This spot used to be our go-to for the fact of professionalism. Not too sure what has happened since but I will not be recommending this specific spot to family or friends.Edit: Leslie is the current General store manager and Christian was the manager present at the time but I can't be too sure that's his real name since he didn't come to the front to converse with me or any other customers alike.
I ordered a deep dish pizza online and paid with my credit card. While I was on my way to pick it up, the store called and said that they did not have the dough to make a deep dish pizza. They said they could not issue a refund because I ordered online. The Customer Service Dept is closed on weekends. Three calls to customer service and still NO REFUND!
I have to say I had a bad experience from start to finish. I ordered online as I always do and the website was user friendly and easy to navigate...I ordered just a large pizza and crazy bread... the problems began when twenty minutes for delivery turned into 45... when I finally got my overly priced pizza they had forgotten the crazy bread... I told to driver and rudely told me to call the store it was not his problem. as I'm calling them back I opened the pizza and it was completely wrong.. it also had mushrooms all over it and one of my friends eating with us was allergic... When I finally got through to a live employee and explained the situation to them there were no apologies but rather they told me they would credit me 5 dollars for the mistake... I reminded him that not only was the pizza cold it was the wrong pizza and I wanted my correct order not 5 dollars back on a 25 dollar order that was wrong. The manager told me point blank take it or leave it 5 dollars or nothing... I believe it was handled all wrong and you have lost a once faithful customer, and I will definitely let everyone I know or random people looking for good pizza that Little Ceasers is not the place to order from...
I ordered two pizzas on the app. Pickup time was listed as 14-18 minutes.... I show up 20 minutes later and the store is not open!! This was at 1:00 pm. I have called corporate office 3 different times with no answer... Stayed on hold well over 45 minutes with an automated system. Sent an email to customer support and now resorting in leaving negative feedback. I was charged for food that I did not get... I have wasted over an hour trying to get my refund. I did get a notification from the app THREE hours later that my food was ready!!! I expect my refund and now I expect compensation for the frustration and lack of lunch on Monday
I order the same Pizza every Friday, today, both pizzas look like they've been out for a week on someone counter. After they let a 4yr old make it. I just had surgery, otherwise I would've taken it right back. Called, but they obviously took the phone off the hook.
