My wife had a gold bracelet which broke when a link near the fastening catch came off and was lost. I took this to Millers and spoke to their salesman who promised it could be fixed within 2 weeks for a very reasonable 25 poun fee. Just a week later I had a text message saying the bracelet had been repaired and was ready for collection. My wife and I duly arrived at the store and sure enough the item had been repaired, cleaned and was indeed ready for us. It looks better and more sparkling than before and now adorns my wife's wrist once more. The repaired catch and substitute link work perfectly and the female employee who returned it to us was super polite and friendly. Millers is the best jewellers for many reasons. The most beautiful jewellery, new and used. Fixing/repairing and designing items is fabulous.The staff are lovely and nothing is too much for them. They also sell a wonderful range of quality watches and clocks.
Hi I went to millers jewellers with my vintage omega I wanted my end link of my beads of rice bracelet changed after a back street key cutting place who think they are jewellers what a mistake to make as I said I went to millers the jeweller told me this back street key cutting place had absolutely butchered one of the end links i eventually found another end piece for my bracelet I took it back to millers and the jeweller did a smashing job very professional the place is friendly the moral of the story is if you want watch repairs or jewellery repairs use millers Wolverhampton highly recommended
Can’t thank all the staff at millers jewellers enough, I took my engagement ring in to be repaired and received excellent service from the lovely lady behind the counter. I was quoted £280 by another jewellers not too far away from millers, I asked the lovely lady how much it would cost and was told £30 ( a very big difference ) she told me that they would contact me when it was repaired but wasn’t sure how long it would take but probably 6 7 days due to it being Christmas. I took it in at 10 in the morning and had a message at 7 the same day to say it was ready to collect. Picked up my ring this morning and must say what an excellent job they have done, I will definitely he using them again in the very near future. Thank you all at millers for all your help, couldn’t be happier.
They were very helpful and informative about my ring, although it took around 5 weeks. The lady with glasses and grey bob has an attitude and talks down to you which I hadn’t experienced with the other members of staff. On the phone and in the shop she was rude and made me seem like I was a burden. I had previously had a bad experience with jewellers and Millers was recommended by many to me; but I have been disappointed with them and don't think I will be back in a hurry
