I’ve always had great experiences with their customer service, but this one truly topped them all! The support was outstanding — I couldn’t have asked for anything better. My request was about a pitcher, as the handle on mine had broken, and I wanted to know if I could buy a replacement. Patricio, who handled my query, was amazing! Patricio responded to my emails promptly and arranged to send me a new pitcher completely free of charge. I really appreciate the excellent service — thank you so much, Patricio, you’re awesome!
I have been a loyal customer for several years but now an order has not been received and they aren't replying to my emails asking for a refund or replacement and there is no phone number to call them on. I have been emailing them for over a week. I have previously managed to get a response on email when I've had a product query so the fact that they haven't responded to me now seems deliberate.
So, I’ve got the bottle for few months now.(I’ve waited too long ofc) the first filter that comes with the bottle was smooth. After filter wasn’t good, I have my subscription filters with me. The first one works well, but the second and third one doesn’t work so well. It’s so hard to suck water from it and they won’t replace the filters! The customer service is so bad and email takes forever! Irena(customer service) told me soak the filter for 5mins. My god! The filters was working after few sips then it’s hard to suck liquids from it! It’s been soaking for days! It’s easy fix! Just replace and send me 2 new filters how is that so hard? Your product was defective and still making it hard for your costumers to communicate with you! We just want to enjoy drinking for the bottle and this seems like we just wasted our money! Please stay away!
No issue so far with purevis2. I live alone and it definitely pushes me drink more water with the filter straw. But if u want an accurate tracking bottle, this is not it. The bottle wont stay connected and you have to connect it each time u want to track in the app. If the bottle is lie down or if u r moving, it wont track accurately. So, the only way is u drink the water and u keep it on flat surface. And crazy expensive for a water bottle!!! But it does the job for me
I have at least one of every product Larq has made. I have been with them since their first kickstarter for the PureVis bottle. Their products are unique, work as described, and durable. They are conversation pieces. Many of my friends and family have become customers because they liked my bottles. Their pitcher was the only one I could find in the market that removed PFOAs at the time. I travel a LOT and have trusted their bottles to provide clean and healthy water for years. The app connection makes it fun to use and for a geek like me fun to track. It’s easy to pair and check the status of both the PureVis 2 and pitcher. I recently had my first issue with my pitcher. The button has failed after many years of use. Their service staff immediately worked with me and took care of everything. I couldn’t be more pleased. Support this small company. It’s teams like theirs that earn and deserve your $$.
I bought the bottle in December 2024, all has been going on well with the app tracking my usage. All of a sudden the app changed maybe through an update and it is now quite unfriendly. Why was the app changed, its now a challenge to use. I now go for days without my water intake being tracked. Wish you could simply give us back our old app.
I switched over from Brita to LARQ (sorry Brita…). I’ve loved using the pitcher for the last month and then one day it stopped lighting up. I charged it and it still didn’t work and instead it was flashing purple. Extremely disappointed, I reached out to LARQ to see what could be done. After a few back-and-forth emails with customer service I’m happy to say a new wand is being sent to me. Excellent product and excellent customer service. I’m very happy to keep using it!
Bought a Larq bottle Purevis 2. Product is not tracking hydration correctly. Almost 25% of my usage is not tracked by the app/bottle. Contacted customer support and they didn’t offer any solution. Asked for help again and they replied the e-mail with the exact same answer. No warranty claim or opportunity to repair offered (is a consumer right!) Bad experience and bad customer support.
