My experience option with subscription…

My experience option with subscription was poor filter they sent to different address and eventually lost it take them almost a month to get a refund afrer acknowledging their mistake saying was system bug 🙃!? plus costumer services not willing to do much to make anything better after so many e-mail exchanging sorry guys that not the premium service the price one of the most expensive product on the market not reflecting any quality at least got refund but cancel my subscription therefore 1star!

The one gadget I genuinely missed

I lost my LARQ bottle at the airport and it took me three weeks to order a new one. I didn’t realize how much I relied on it until it was gone. It was honestly the most missed gadget during that time. The water always tastes fresh, and the quality is excellent. Plus, their customer service has been fantastic. So glad to have it back!

Total waste of money

This water bottle purchase was a total waste of money. It was extremely expensive and did not deliver on any of the promises advertised. The quality is poor, and it didn’t work. What made the experience even worse was customer service. They completely refused to offer a replacement or refund despite the issues being clearly due to the product itself. I regret buying this and would not recommend it to anyone.

I purchased the LARQ Bottle PureVis 2 and it’s my go to for water. I don’t leave home without it. I month ago I purchased the pitcher and the whole family loves it. We had an issue with the wand not charging. I reached out to LARQ (Martina G) great customer service. They resolved my issue and expedited shipped me a new part

Read before purchasing Purevis 2…

I purchased their Larq Bottle Purevis 2, 1L + Advanced filters.The bottle itself is super heavy. That's what it is. The straw with the filter attached to the bottom falls out everytime you open the lid to pour in water. This is simply so annoying and means you have to fish it up, put it back in place. Likewise it sometimes falls out just by being inside the bottle, meaning you have to open it up and put the straw back. Thirdly, you have to really suck on the opening to retrieve the water, making your intestines fill up with air as well as the water. It's difficult to get the water out, making it non intuitive to want to drink from it. Especially when you drink a lot throught the day.Lastly if I turn it upside down, twisting my neck to try to get the water flowing, this makes it drip from a whole in the bottle underneath the lid. Making the water go on me and not in me. I never write reviews on here, but I am genuinely super disappointed with this product, as I was so excited to find a water bottle with UV + filter, but found this to be not worth the money at all. Sidenote: their filter subscription is scam in regards to the filters you expect to receive vs the amount you receive. Bought the bundle with filters and subscription + extra filters. I received 1xfilters but had 2 active subscriptions in my account ready to charge 45$ each pr next shipment.

Great Quality Bottles and Excellent Customer Service

I’ve purchased 4 bottles from LARQ so far, and I’m extremely satisfied with all of them. When I started looking for reusable water bottles, it was important to me to find something with a hygienic, covered drinking opening – not just a simple screw cap. LARQ bottles deliver exactly that with their convenient flip-top lids.The bottles keep the taste of the water very neutral, and they’re easy to clean, which I really appreciate. I did have a small issue with the lid of one bottle, but the customer service responded very quickly and solved the problem perfectly. That positive experience made me trust the brand even more.I would definitely recommend these bottles to anyone looking for a high-quality and practical solution for everyday hydration. I’m already excited to see new colors or future collections from LARQ!

Good quality, good product support, very expensive, app doesn’t work properly

I ordered the LARQ Pitcher PurVis with Advanced water filters and the LARQ Bottle PurVis 2 also with Advanced water filters. The quality of both products are quite good and they have some cool features which they should for the extremely high prices that they are charging. Some annoying things about the water pitcher are that the wand is quite difficult to remove when it comes time to charge it, which is quite often and it takes a long time to charge the wand. On a positive note, the water tastes great and they have a nice website too. However, I have an ongoing issue with the app not tracking my water intake properly and I have contacted them several times regarding this over the past several months. They have very good Customer Service, but they still have not resolved this issue. That’s why they lost a few stars. One for the extremely high cost and two for the not resolving my issue for several months now and lastly, I feel that the design of the water pitcher could be better.

Still a loyal LARQ Fan, even more after my latest experience:)

I’ve been a LARQ user for years; first with the original PureVis bottle, and about a year ago I upgraded to the newer model. I’ve always loved their products, the concept, and the quality they offer.For the first time ever, I recently encountered a small issue and reached out to customer support. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, especially nowadays when things can be complicated and on sadly on purpose.But I was genuinely impressed by how professionally and quickly everything was handled.I described the problem once in my initial first contact, and they immediately understood, reassured me, and processed a solution without any delay or hassle. The whole experience felt smooth, legitimate, and incredibly efficient, far beyond what I expected.More than satisfied, and still a very happy LARQ customer. Highly recommended :)
