The LARQ smart water bottle is a game changer for those of us that struggle with tracking our daily water intake and hydration. The bottle has a sleek design and smart features. The top contains all the technology including the rechargeable feature, the tracking and the capability to communicate with the app and notify the user. The charge lasts a long time...approximately 7 days. One feature that I really love is the self cleaning feature. The replacement filters (must be replaced every 3 months) are available on the product maker's website for $29.95 for a pack of 3... that is not too costly since I'm saving on not buying bottle water everyday and it is better for the environment and our planet.
What an amazing company! I received my water bottle as a gift and I think with all of the excitement at Christmas the charger got lost. I was bummed because I heard so many great things about the features of this water bottle. I reached out to them and they were so kind. They sent another charger right out to me. This is the best water bottle I have ever had! It keeps the perfect temperature and the water taste so fresh, honestly like it was from a fresh spring! I probably have 25 water bottles and I always reach for this one! I finally found the one that will cause me to throw all of the other water bottles away! So grateful I found this company and this water bottle!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, heavy bottles make it inconvenient for travelling. My husband and I both have LARQ bottles and we have had different issues with our bottles. My bottle is difficult to close and open and my husband’s has this metal smell and taste since he received it. We contacted customer service before the end of our warranty and they sent new gaskets claiming that this would help solve my issue. For my husband’s, they just sent a video showing how to properly clean it. We tried their «solutions » for a couple months and since it did not solve our issues, decided to contact them again. They simply replied that our warranty was expired…. It felt like they purposely tried to prolong the issue. I kept trying to explain to them that I contacted them before the end of our warranty so they offered a 15% rebate on new order :/ as if I was happy with my first order to purchase another one lol! The customer service was extremely bad. We had to run after them because they would take weeks to answer. The bottles are also so heavy it makes it hard to carry when travelling or simply carrying around. I took mine while travelling once and the light stopped working when it went it went under the security belt in the airport… so much for claiming that it’s good to travel with lol Anyway, not worth the price really. I would never recommend it to anyone.
