Do not order from Livera. I ordered 2 pairs of Jeans and they were the wrong size and just didnt look like the jeans on the Pictures. The Email that comes with the refundpaper ist a scam. They wont return your money!!!
I ordered a dress that was beautiful online, what I got was a paper thin piece of fabric. I couldn't wear it even if I wanted to. It was even made to wear. Just a piece of fabric. And they wouldn't refund my money because "I changed my mind". DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS

Disgusting experience. Ordered Hoodie on the 6th December 2024 as a Xmas present my son wanted and still have not recieved (03/01/2025). Contacted customer services several times now and have been played off saying that they have it recorded as delivered and they will look into it with the courier. Funnily enough even though they replied yesterday saying they will do all this they have just emailed to say that they are closing down and cannot issue refunds now. Scam. Hope to get my refund through my credit card company.

The product does not look like the picture at all and is not exchangeable or refundable. They asked me to return it with a tracking code, which imposes fees higher than the product. When they offered me 15% of the product’s value and I agreed, they did not do even that (a very bad experience).

Website ‘storing’ for returns for more than a week!! This should not happen in 2024. Customer service just says try in a few days. You can’t return anything because that part of their website doesn’t work yet you can still buy products. Their website says the issue will be resolved by 23 January. It’s the 24th and it’s still not working. Ridiculous.
