Sub par product

The product works about as good as anything else that takes a month to get here from China. Sub par at best. Doesn't get close of a shave as advertised. The clippers on both sides scratch the hell out of you when trying to use the middle shaver.

Do not recommend, received faulty product and denied refund

Firstly it took 3 weeks to arrive. It started off ok, although does not provide smooth shave as advertised. After about 2 weeks it started randomly turning on then running flat. It then stopped working all together. I requested a refund and they have sent me a replacement which I have no interest in. This product was a complete waste of money and I will now be stuck with another poor quality product that I do not want.

Product broke and stopped working after…

Product broke and stopped working after 94 days. We were then told because it was past the 90 day warranty bad luck its not their problem and refused any further options to rectify the product or refund. Customer service was rude and terrible.
