Disappointing experience with the service.

My experience with the service has been quite disappointing. I ordered a water purifier through their app and was promised delivery. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer care, I was consistently told it would arrive “within 24 hours,” but that never happened. At one point, the delivery team even reached out to confirm, yet there was still no delivery or further updates. The cancellation process was also confusing and slow, which added to my frustration. There seemed to be a lack of coordination between customer support and the delivery team, with no one taking clear responsibility. Another major issue is the payment policy. The service requires a deposit at the time of booking, even before delivery or installation. In contrast, other services collect the deposit only after successful delivery, which provides much more confidence to customers. Based on my experience, the service lacks transparency and reliability. I would recommend potential customers to consider other options before choosing this service.

AVOID THIS SERVICE
