The quality of this company clothes are horrible for the price. But even if the price was good, the quality is just horrible. The clothes look so elegant on the pictures but the actual clothes are like made for toys clothing. Feels like they just grabbed plastic fabric and made into adult clothing. So disappointing and waste of my money.
I have been a returning Customer for quite a few times . Most of the clothes I buy are mainly office wear and the quality is good so far. I would definitely be buying again . And I like the designs as well. Delivery is a bit long though.
Quality of the items were disappointed, things weren’t sewn straight or well. There are some seams undone. A dress I ordered doesn’t look like the one on website. I wouldn’t have written a review like this if they accepted my return request sooner, but even I contacted them within 7 days after I received the items, I’m still waiting for their response, and it’s been 2 weeks now. It feels like I was scammed.
I received my order from Liwisi on June 27th and sent my first email requesting a return on June 30th.Since then, I’ve sent four emails, but I haven’t received any reply.Their website says responses are provided within 24 hours, but it has now been over a week.I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service.Be very careful before ordering — the lack of response is unacceptable.
The website easy to search around. My order received in very good condition and the product nice and good quality. I send email for query relate to exchange garment for the bigger size , I received the respond quite quick and Im very happy and satisfying with the offer Ifor exchange. Highly recommended and will be back for more order.
