The store designs are good, but a little pricey. Have purchased several times n am generally happy with the quality of the clothings. This is no tracking of shipping though. Took at least 2 weeks to arrive.Only negative feedback is price point could be lower.
I wanted to return but they said shipping would be expensive, so they offered to give me credit and keep the items (which I can’t use due to sizing), told them I would donate it instead.Received the credit code but when I tried to use it, it doesn’t work. Emailed 4x times and no reply. That is worth $200+ wasted. Disappointed with customer service.
My first and also last order, item took 7 weeks to arrive, none of the clothing can be use due to quality and fitting not right. During the shipping delay, customer support offer 20% refund which never happened, 2 emails to follow up and got no respond back. This review summarize the whole experience. Update June 15th- Liwisi respond for me to contact them through customer Service email, I followed their instruction and once again still no respond, what is the point? Disappointment after disappointment
