Purchased the Icarsoft MB3.0 based on the advertised functional abilities listed on the website. Unfortunately, my vehicle is, in fact, not supported for the intended functions. I have emailed and messaged numerous times and have been totally ignored. I contacted tech support at Icarsoft in USA who requested log files, which I sent and have heard nothing back either. I have now sent the unit back via tacked postage and await a refund. As every product I purchase online, I used my credit card so will pass the case to them if a refund is not forthcoming by further stonewalling. Purchased with your credit card folks! You have been warned!!
