The best!

I have used Locationauto in Agadir for several times and guys there are always very polite and respectful. Once the plane was late but they still came in the middle of the night and brought me a car. I will be using them again. They don’t complain when I bring back dusty car and don’t even charge for it. Very reliable, highly recommend.

Doubtful- no CDW insurance

We booked a car at locationauto via Ryanair. The rental service was just a person sitting in a car. No office at Tanger airport. The car was quite shabby, but the worst was that they couldn’t offer any CDW insurance and therefore claim 14000 MAD deposit. We decided not to take the car and booked one from the more professional companies at the airport.

Be very careful

Rented a car with full insurance package and road side assistance. We had a puncture the first day, but they refused to help us, stating "you have to fix it yourself". Had a local call them, but they wouldn't talk to him, saying I coud write them on WhatsApp. I did, but only got rude answers back - basically they thought it was my job to handle and fix it.The car was really banged up. The warning light was on - they said "no problem for you, don't worry" - hard not to.When dropping of they tried to get us to pay for fuel (even though I returned with same level as when picked up), cleaning and washing. I refused, and they accepted after a while. Cleary trying to scam me for more money.

Great company to hire your car from and affordable prices too

I hired a car from Locationauto and they were fantastic. Here’s a summary of my experience:1. They waited outside Marrakesh Airport with a sign. A representative holding a Locationauto sign directed me to the left end of the car park to sign the contract and receive my car.2. I recommend taking a video of the car and pointing out any existing scratches or scuffs.3. Mark any existing damage on their documents.4. Ensure the fuel tank is full when you pick up the car and return it with a full tank as well.When I returned my car, they conducted a visual inspection and signed the documents confirming the vehicle was okay. They released the security deposit within 48 hours.Overall, my experience was amazing and I had a wonderful time in Morocco. I highly recommend this company. Please disregard any negative comments from customers who might have been at fault.

Worst rental car experience ever!!

I've traveled all over the world and rented countless cars, and I've never experienced anything like this before. We had to wait for 90 minutes, to our big surprise the waiting was just the beginning. They rented us an almost 5 year old car with over 112 thousand kilometers on the odometer and in a terrible condition. The damage to the car is honestly unbelievable, the noise it produces while driving was frightening. Locationauto has never heard of cleaning cars, both outside and inside our rental car was nauseating, they have apparently never heard of air conditioning, even though we paid for it. It is truly a shame that Locationauto dares to rent such a “danger on the road” to customers who pay for this.To all potential renters looking for a rental car in Morocco, stay far away from Locationauto, they are scammers!!!

The worst rental company at all. cheater

The worst rental company at all. We booked a car at FES airport for 8 days. The price was good. Unfortunately, the first surprise was calling the number on the contract to find out where the representative person at that time was. I called more than 5 times until I got an answer in French. Even the guy couldn’t speak English as well. More than 45 minutes of waiting until he came and began to serve another customer he was also waiting for more than 45 minuets. It took him around 30 minutes until he came to me and took allot on my contract and told me to pay 40€ (400MAD) for being later than 23:00 O’clock even it was his mistake that what I told him, he was an arrogant man loud with no shame. I had to pay that amount almost a half of the whole rental period. Even I showed him my contract, that all airport fees even for late pickup were in the price, he told me if I won’t pay, he will cancel my contract and I have to pay for a new one, really I paid more because the fees were stated as paid in my contract, we have two children, I had to pay the 40€ to leave at 01:00 o’clock in the morning because of this unprofessional company.I don’t recommend that company at all. Please pay more to get a better service.

Never again

Never again, they dont answer, they dont return your deposit, worst experience ever, contact center is AI powered answering machine giving stupid and meaningless answers. Planned to save 50 eur not using normal companies and still not receive back my 1000 eur security deposit. Never use this booking group company

Do you value your life?

Rented a car for a week from location auto Agadir. Rent from this company at your peril. Car safetyWe were given a Fiat Panda with warning lights all over the shop. Engine making terrible noises. Clutch on its last legs. Tyre pressure lights on.Car appearance and conditionThe car was covered in damage on the outside. Which to be fair to the company was all logged. I was not too bothered about this. However the interior of the car was disgusting it stunk of cigarette smoke and what smelled like wet dogs. There was a burn from a cigarette butt in the fabric of the drivers seat. Plenty of mud and staining on the seats and carpet too. ServiceThe reason I went for this company was that I rented the car through a price comparison site. On here god knows how I can only assume fake reviews they are very highly rated. Also they were the cheapest "in terminal" rental I could find. However despite staying they are in terminal they are not thankfully staff at the airport were able to direct us to location auto staff who are in fact hanging about in the airport carpark. They operate a meet and greet service and give you a lift to their office off site. At first they tried to charge me over double the stated deposit amount but when challenged and shown the booking reservation did back down. When shown to the car I considered asking for a different car but looking around at the other cars they had I think we were actually given what must have been their pride and joy...In conclusion whilst it may be cheap there is a reason for it pay a little more for a lot more and value your safety. I certainly won't be renting again without checking trust pilot as well as the price comparison site reviews.
