I was an employee at this company.. **LOCATION AUTO**. I worked diligently with clients in good faith... but a problem arose, and I wasn't really the cause. Someone else was responsible; they defrauded a client and put my name on the lease agreement. In the end, I was fired, and when I spoke with the company representative, he told me he didn't want to pay me what I was owed.

I must say that it is hard to find a worse car rental company on the market. Although booking through discovercars(.)com works reasonably well, they also run their own website or-rentals(.)com where the prices are significantly higher than through discovercars.com. When I asked about the reservation before my arrival, no one responded. After arriving in Marrakech, no one was waiting for us. I had to find their phone number myself and call them so they would take us to their office. There, they claimed that they had no car for us and no record of our reservation. We had to pay again for a new rental. The next day they contacted us saying they had found the payment and would refund it. Well, they did refund the money, but only for the car I had to rent separately. Definitely never again with this company. I have reported the fraudulent transactions from this company to my bank. Locationauto Morocco never again. I travel there several times a year… but they won’t see me there anymore
This shop is by far best car rental service in Marrakesh. Unfortunately i got in a one sided accident. The company picked me up from the accident location within 30 minutes and gave me another car immediately. So i was, driving within one hour again just simply amazing. THANK YOU ISMAAIL
Avoid at all costs!! One hell of a dodgy place!Made a reservation via a site for 9:00 o’clock. Looked around to search for their office of some sorts. After asking around someone told me that we have to call them. After finally obtaining a sim-card at the airport we called them and they told us they’d be there within 15 minutes (this was at 9:30). We called them again at 10:00. “Driver should arrive any minute now” they said. Finally showed up at 10:45 with a huge attitude. Picked up several people who’re waiting for their rental car.They drove us to the office (it was only a 5 minute drive!!) There I asked for clarification and the lack of service. The only thing he said was “give me your passport”. 0 F’s given.. I though I didn’t want to start arguing and ruin my very short holiday from the start so I let it slide.After filling in the form he wanted to charge me the retainer. On the reservation form it stated around 800 euro’s. He wanted to charge me double that amount. I had a really bad feeling about this and told them, since they left us standing at the airport parking lot for 1:45 hours and charging me differently then stated in the contract that I wanted my money back. And you guessed it! They didn’t give it back.I went back to the airport and booked a car with a nice gentleman which went flawlessly. He told me this company has the reputation of overcharging people after they return the car. So thankfully I dodged a bullet with these scammers.I notified the credit card company that they’re a bunch of frauds. Didn’t have time to also deal with the police. Hopefully they’ll get caught before scamming to many people
the worst car rental ever.They didn't have the car i ordred so they gave me a Dacia insted of toyota and claimed it was simular car....car broke down twice and they would not help, so i had to pay for repair my self and the would not give me money back for repair.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Watch out for this company , biggest scam! I booked a car at this company resolve cars true carjet.com. I went to their office and they told me they didn't receive a confirmation from carjet and as a solution they offered me car for 10 times the price I booked with carjet. Never resolve cars again!
That's the best to rent a car in Agadir!Staff is very friendly and happy to help.I am using cars always when I am in Agadir and right only from this company. Sometimes smaller this time bigger. Engine and technician always perfect.It is true the cars has little scratch or some defect, but it is normally in the busy Agadir.I feel more confident when I know I'm on the road similar car like locals people. My experience with LocationAuto in Morocco was one of the worst I’ve ever had with a rental car company — and I urge others to avoid them completely.To start, I booked and paid for an automatic car, which cost nearly three times more than a manual. Upon arrival in Agadir at 10 PM — after a long day of travel from the UK with my 7-month-old baby and wife — I was casually told they didn’t have any automatic cars available. No apology, no solution. I was simply handed a manual car and told that’s all they had.At that time of night, exhausted and with a baby in tow, I had no choice but to accept it. This was my first sign of how unprofessional and disorganized this company is.Unfortunately, things only got worse.During the very night, the car while parked on the ramp of my airbnb property was vandalised. I immediately contacted the local police and my insurance company to begin a claim. They asked for two documents:1. A clear, unobstructed copy of the rental agreement2. A properly dated repair invoiceI contacted LocationAuto multiple times, both directly and through the booking site (DiscoverCars), but they consistently refused to cooperate. The rental agreement they provided was partially covered by the receipt, hiding essential details. When I asked for a proper copy, they refused. The repair invoice they sent was dated before I even arrived in Morocco — completely invalid. Even after further requests, they sent another invoice with the wrong date again.All communication was through WhatsApp, and since no one spoke English, I had to use Google Translate just to communicate basic requests. Most of my messages were ignored or left unread.Because of this negligence and complete lack of cooperation, I was unable to submit my insurance claim and had to pay for the repair out of pocket — over £400.This experience not only caused unnecessary stress and wasted time on my trip, but it also left a lasting sense of frustration and helplessness — all while traveling with an infant.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from LocationAuto. If anything goes wrong — you’ll be completely on your own.Oh and one of their employee 'Saeed' asked me for a £10 tip promising to send me the correct document which I did but obviously he didn't send the correct document.
