I really liked working for this agency, my favourite thing was being able to pick when I would be paid. You can work a shift tomorrow and choose to be paid four weeks later. The biggest negative and the reason I don't recommend this agency to my friends in healthcare is that if you are being paid on the fourth or fifth payscale and get a job with the HSE they will not provide you with a document/email saying that you have worked in HSE settings and been paid the 4th payscale which will ensure you get paid the same payscale in your new job with the HSE. Other agencies like TTM HealthCare will do this so you don't have to start on the first payscale in a new job with the HSE. When I contacted registration regarding the HSE asking for a document stating that I have worked in HSE settings and the current payscale I was being paid I was told it was company policy to only provide a statement of employment which didn't satisfy the HSE requirements.
