Dilan Tailor is a life saver! The manufacturer failed to communicate that the product we selected was on back order! That was on a Tuesday and we were leaving for the convention on Friday!! Dilan found another source, rushed the production and shipping and the product arrived on Thursday!! Can't show up to a convention without swag! Yay Dilan!!
