He not only helped me solve the immediate problem. He showed me how to change my procedures so that I wouldn't be confronted with the same problem in the future. He even had me do a series of experiments with my cell phone camera to make sure that he was correct in what he was telling me.
It was such great and prompt service. The clean up was thorough and the rep. was always easy to understand. I have used them several times now and in these days of rampant scammers, it's great knowing I have a trusted place to call. Bonus was being charged the same price as I had some years ago, their fee had not gone up. I'm very happy with all aspects.

Although LogOnFixit.Com was primarily setup up for removing computer viruses Michael has superior technical skills. Recently he resolved a problem involving Microsoft and Apple. Specifically Outlook was not connecting to iCloud. Apple could not fix the problem. Nor could Dell's Premium Technical Support. My conclusion is that Michael has a skill set superior to these two computer icons ... 😎
