5/8/24-Today I worked with Ravi who fixed 2 annoying issues-one on a PC and one on my laptop. I am not at all savvy with computers but Ravi was very kind and patient and even told me I could ask him to slow down if he was going too fast for me. He fixed everything for what I thought was a reasonable fee. I will definitely be using LogOnFixit in the future. If you have any hesitation about using this company-I can very highly encourage you to call them. You will surely be very pleased.

Prompt return phone call even though it was late at night. Needed immediate resolution to a computer freeze and loss of data. Very important business dead line looming. Support was very good. Technician did not seem overwhelmed by the issue. Resolved the fault, and recovered my file. Cleared the virus, cleaned the computer. Added protective updates. The computer was significantly faster. Anything that is very good, and leaves you in a much better position is a great value to have.
