I went to store in Greenwich Market. Noticed inside clean and tidy. Variety of cakes displayed including vegan. Friendly greeted received by staff member. I opted for a variety of cupcakes including a vegan one. No complains, vegan red velvet cake was very nice, everyone enjoyed their cake.
