I bought a mattress with them, the description was way different than the actual mattress, the mattress was non other than a rubbish, dirty, smelly mattress with lots of springs and my order was a memory foam mattress, I had to dispose off as I contacted the seller he helped said he does not care, i have to pay back the delivery of the return which will cost me more than the mattress itself. The Groopie its self did not help, I contacted the seller on so many occasions Cloud 9 was the seller, no answer and I had disposed off the mattress in rubbish. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL ITS ALL SCAM

Disappointing Experience with My Order

The slippers I received were supposed to have a supportive back, but they didn't stay up at all. I had to pull the back up with my finger. I ordered two pairs—one for myself and one for my elderly mother, thinking they would be perfect for her. Instead, I only received one pair of slippers, and they sent me a large jumper instead of the second pair I paid for. I've reached out to the service, but they haven't responded and mentioned they are very busy. This experience has been quite unsatisfactory, and I won't shop on this site again.

Lack of Product Reviews and Disappointing Quality

It's impossible to find any product reviews on the site. The quality of the items is shockingly poor and not worth the price. I regret spending my money here, especially after experiencing extremely long delivery times. I've foolishly placed two orders and was dissatisfied with both. The emails I receive from the company now go straight to my spam folder, reflecting my feelings towards their service. Attempting to review the products available is disheartening, as they truly are of awful quality.
