The cake was good, my girlfriend liked it, it was for her birthday. Main issue is with the service. I clicked to take it from the store, I didn't want a delivery and I had to pay a fee for that. Pay a fee to take it from the store why? Also, it took them more than ten minutes to find the cake and they just gave it to me without even sayin ' Enjoy ' or something. I didn't buy apples, I bought a birthday cake and paid extra for someone to give it to me without even saying 'Thank you'? The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the cake was good. Not great as in the past, but good.
I wanted to send a birthday cake to my best friend who lives in UK. Since I am residing in Canada, I didn't knew is it possible. I contacted Lola's cupcakes, people were very friendly and gave proper instructions.I really like the service.Great job Guys

They’re happy to make recommendations or help you customise a box. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want to pick up something sweet for a celebration or just to treat myself.Highly recommend if you’re in Selfridges and have a sweet tooth — Lola’s is a little slice of cupcake heaven!
