I had originally posted a poor review because it took so long to come and it was made in China, i gave this company 1 star! Londira contacted me from this review and offered a 100% refund without me having to return the product, which is excellent customer service! I have been using for more than 20 days now and the paches have had no positive impact, there has been no improvement!! I am giving 3 stars for customer service!!

I requested a refund as the patches didn’t work for me, and was told to try them for longer which I did, then was told I couldnt have a refund as I was over the 30 day limit. So I suggest giving them a go but making sure you request your money back after 3 weeks and not being put off
ordered sleep patches from Londira. The delivery took a very long time. Finally I received notification from City Mail that they had arrived and were about to be delivered. But nothing came and the shipment had disappeared. Londira paid back what I had paid right away. The company feels fair. Don't know how the product works.
Sadly Londira did not work for me, so I have attempted to get a refund with their money back guarantee!They don’t make it easy at all …. I’ve received several emails asking me to persevere with the patches despite me following their instructions to the letter! I was asked to try up to 6 patches per night!My final email asked for a refund as per the money back guarantee, to which the response came please return the items for a full refund, or 50% refund with no return!!! What a contradiction … I am asked to use the patches then asked to return them, would they like the used patches returned! It’s such a shame as I was hopeful with these given the reviews but it makes me sceptical who the reviews are from! Be cautious if ordered a 6 month supply as your refund may never come! I am still waiting …..
I’ve had serious insomnia for several years, and I try lots of things hoping to fix it. Sadly, the patches didn’t work for me, so I reached out to the company asking to return them. I received really good customer support, got a full refund and didn’t have to return the patches, which saved me the postage cost. I appreciate the support. Thank you.
