Great customer service from Samir, I did try 2 patches a night after the first couple of nights with just one. Sadly they didn't work for me. But Samir was very kind and helpful, and is giving me a full refund. Just brilliant customer service.
I ordered the sleep patches from Londira after reading the reviews on social media. They sent me several emails apologizing for the delay and eventually they were delivered to the wrong block of flats which is near where I live and the picture of the delivery shows they were left above the post boxes in the wrong flats and not handed to the resident as instructed. I went to the flats and they were not where they had been left and I spoke to all 5 residents and nobody had the package. I emailed Samir about his problem and he immediately agreed to refund the money and send another batch to me. I mentioned that i had brought another batch from someone else and I received the money back with a few days of my email, so very satisfactory customer service from this company.
Patches took a long time to be delivered. Unfortunately they don't work for me, in fact, they leave a raised, itchy patch where they have been. I've tried multiple areas with the same result so I won't be using them anymore. However, my daughter says they work for her so I'm going to give her all mine when she comes back for Christmas.
Yes I had to wait 3 weeks for my order to arrive, but once it did I followed the instructions and hey presto started to sleep great,considering that I had been taking Zopiclone when I could get them from the doctors about every 3 months,but they used to leave me brain dead in the morning.l take patch off after 8hrs or so GREAT
