Review Time
I have been using the patches for a couple of weeks and although I still wake during the night I am able to drift back to sleep whereas before I would be awake from 3 or 4am everyday. My pack came with some free nasal strips which my partner has been using. They have been amazing to stop his constant snoring during the night.Love the products and work well for us.
I previously gave this product two stars because it took so long to come . When it did arrive after a long time , I’ve decided not to use as from China I’m just worried if it safe to use . I was contacted today by a very polite helpful man . He said he would give me a full refund didn’t need patches back . I am giving 4stars for customer service .
UPDATE: Londira contacted me from this review and offered a 100% refund which is excellent customer service, there was however some pressure to update this review.....I have been using these for 7 days now and the patches have had no positive impact, there has been no improvement and they have been a waste of money.
I have been waiting over 10days for my item to be dispatched… I have emailed customer service 4 times and have been asked to wait each time… I have been patient and polite however, I have had enough. I have asked for a refund 3 times each time fobbed off with another please wait!I can only assume this is some sort of a scam…. Be carful when ordering from this company!!
I purchased the patches and as unfortunately they didn't work for me, Londora IMMEDIATELY refunded my money in full without me having to return my purchase. That is so generous and amazing. OK they didn't work for me but I am obviously in the minority so they must be a great product. I would suggest to anyone who is uncertain to give them a go. You have absolutely nothing to lose. What a great company to deal with. Thank you.
Myself and my husband struggled to sleep for a long time. We decided to try these patches as they are natural. They have helped us so much. We are finally getting a night's sleep. Even if we wake to use the bathroom we are able to drift off back to sleep.. Dawn Moir
