Review Time
This clinic is highly unprofessional. My appointment was for 4pm, but upon arrival they told me there was a mix-up with the appointment times, and the doctor would not be there until 5pm. They offered £100 discount for the mix-up, and assured me the wait would only be an hour. Other people were also waiting, as their appointment times had also been wrong. Finally, after waiting 1.5 hours, I saw the dermatologist about an intensely itchy rash all over my scalp and neck. The doctor hardly took a glance at the rash, told me it was an allergic reaction to something unknown, that it would be impossible to find the cause, that I might have the rash for months and that I was lucky it was not over my entire body. She then proceeded to write out a prescription for steroids, of which there is a further charge for (they do not tell you this before in pricing information). She rushed the entire consultation, as there was a long que of angry people waiting with messed up appointment slots. I have since discovered I had an infestation of common head lice. The fact that a dermatologist could not correctly diagnose a case of pediculosis is appalling. The entire experience was shocking for a private health service.
Well 1 star is a joke as i can't give less, literally just walked out and got charged £160 for the pleasure of them trying to rip me off. Booked and appointment and was told a price after explaining what i needed doing, when i got there they tried charging me just under 3k what i was qouted 295 for🤷♂️ even tried charging me 295 just because i was walking out ,tried telling me the lump i had was 10cm when only last week i had an ultrasound and it wasn't even half that, how they can tell with one poke compared to multi million pounds equipment beats me.This place should be closed down before they rip off every single person that walk through its doors and i will even inform the medical council as this should not be something that is done in this day and age, everybody that is thinking of going or even searching this place, don't waste yoir time

I was referred by a Harris from the other clinic site who was amazing to begin with. Made me feel rest assured and kept myself in the centre of their care. Before proceeding for a hair transplant it was advised to come and see a dermatologist for a lesion that has been visibly irritable and bothering me.

I booked a 1230 lunchtime appointment to have a skin tag removed from my neck. I was kept waiting for 50 mins. When I finally walked into the surgeon’s room he waved at arm at the chair, made no eye contact with me nor any attempt to apologise. I decided to leave.

Absolutely shocking service I was not told about the £249 consultation before going to the clinic and then was rushed into a procedure that I never knew the process of.After speaking with the doctor briefly, I was i had the procedure and was rushed out without being able to ask questions .I have since been phoning and trying to get Through to someone to advise me on when stitches can be removed. No one has bothered to contact me back and every time I call they say they will pass it on and no one gets back to me. I paid £500 for a simple procedure and they are not even bothered to let me know about the stitches / after care

DO NOT GO HERE LITERALLY THE WORST experience I’ve ever had going private! After waiting 45 minutes with my 2 year old son, we were seen, the consultation was no longer than 2 minutes (£250) the woman wrote a list on a piece of paper of some moisturisers I could buy at a drugstore. She didn’t touch his eczema, didn’t ask anything about his diet or lifestyle, it was honestly the most bizarre thing. I had to ask her if she wanted to see the eczema to which she shrugged, she was so disinterested! I have since been to another dermatologist who put my son on antibiotics saying his eczema was infected! So how this ‘dermatologist’ didn’t spot that is beyond me. He was in a really bad way! Just DO NOT GO HERE! save your money! Google would probably help you more than anyone at this place!
