DO NOT GO HERE LITERALLY THE WORST experience I’ve ever had going private! After waiting 45 minutes with my 2 year old son, we were seen, the consultation was no longer than 2 minutes (£250) the woman wrote a list on a piece of paper of some moisturisers I could buy at a drugstore. She didn’t touch his eczema, didn’t ask anything about his diet or lifestyle, it was honestly the most bizarre thing. I had to ask her if she wanted to see the eczema to which she shrugged, she was so disinterested! I have since been to another dermatologist who put my son on antibiotics saying his eczema was infected! So how this ‘dermatologist’ didn’t spot that is beyond me. He was in a really bad way! Just DO NOT GO HERE! save your money! Google would probably help you more than anyone at this place!
Don’t waist your time.Although you will pay something close to 300 pounds (including prescription), this is not top quality service. Make sure you come to the appointment prepared with questions on your condition. Also you might not get an accurate prescription, I had to chase for an additional prescription to get another cream bottle as what was prescribed was not sufficient for 2 weeks… This shouldn’t happen when paying for a private doctor. And they ignored my last email too. Not recommended !

I'd rather cut off the bad eczema areas (like my hands, legs, and neck) than go back to this practice. The £250 "Consultation" was 2 minutes where the doctor didn't even inspect my skin before writing a heavy prescription for steroids. Paid £750 for blood tests and still chasing them 4 weeks later for results when the lab operator who took my blood said it should take a maximum of 3 business days...Still no response after 10 phone calls, now needing to escalate the issue by contacting London's Medical Commission Board.Beyond disappointing.

I found the clinic online and wanted to get a couple of very small moles removed. I called them and they said they can fit me in at 4pm. I showed up on time and was waiting for 30 minutes and told the doctor was running late. I finally see the doctor and had a ‘consultation’ which lasted a minute, she looked at me and said she can remove them no problem and that was it. She didn’t properly examine them or anything. I then was sent into another room and told the price to remove a few tiny moles would be around £1800 which is ridiculous. I said I cannot believe the prices and was going to leave it, all to be told I then had to pay a £250 consultation fee. I couldn’t believe it and told them that they never warned me of any fee, didn’t mention it on the phone or email. She then suggested a discount which was still very over priced but I felt very pressured and had everyone starring at me waiting for me to decide what to do. I felt very uneasy and ended up saying I will only have 2 removed. I was put in a room and the doctor came in through a back door without explaining what was going to be happening and before I know it she injected me and quickly cut my moles off it felt extremely rushed and it was over and done with in a minute and she left without speaking to me. The other nurse in the room spoke to me before I left but I felt so rushed and uneasy the whole way through. My experience was very unpleasant and my moles are still healing right now they are just sore patches so I hope they heal okay. I came away from the clinic feeling very unsettled and the ‘consultation’ fee is something they should make a lot more clear.
