Absolutely rip off and terrible service. I waited half an hour to be seen and paid £249 for a consultation that lasted 4.5 mins. I saw Aikaterini Charakida and told her my skin trouble (eczema) started when I had the contraceptive implant, she wrote down that it started when I had the contraceptive pill, didn’t look at my affected areas and told me I needed to pay £350 for a skin scrape to rule out a fungal infection. I have had skin problems for 5 years that frequently flare up and down due to stress and hormone so was very surprised at this. To be honest, I felt like she didn’t care, she didn’t ask any questions about lifestyle, medical history, diet etc. I was then sent to the clinic manager who informed me on top of the £350 for skin scraping it would be an additional £169 for the results and £30 for the prescription. I would appreciate someone from the clinic to get in touch with me about why I paid £30 for a prescription that I then had to pay £19.40 to receive at Boots. What is the £30 for if they don’t give you the product? Terrible service, rude and not at all caring. Waste of time and money and Aikaterini Charakida is useless.

After receiving a prescription with incorrect dosage and reporting it day after the visit to the clinic i have waitied another week and had to chase it up myslef multiple times. The clinic uses helpline advisors and it is hard to reach them directly with any issues. Over a week after the appointment I have not received requested and paid for documents nor amended prescription, so I have requested partial refund to which I have received a negative response. Paid £30 for a sheet of colorful paper! I dont recommend this clinic and will be continuing to challenge lack of partial refund offer for clear delays in addressing patients already seen when they have issues with advice received but already paid for the service - we seem once it is cashed we do not matter anymore. Dissapointed!
