Review Time
I found the clinic online and wanted to get a couple of very small moles removed. I called them and they said they can fit me in at 4pm. I showed up on time and was waiting for 30 minutes and told the doctor was running late. I finally see the doctor and had a ‘consultation’ which lasted a minute, she looked at me and said she can remove them no problem and that was it. She didn’t properly examine them or anything. I then was sent into another room and told the price to remove a few tiny moles would be around £1800 which is ridiculous. I said I cannot believe the prices and was going to leave it, all to be told I then had to pay a £250 consultation fee. I couldn’t believe it and told them that they never warned me of any fee, didn’t mention it on the phone or email. She then suggested a discount which was still very over priced but I felt very pressured and had everyone starring at me waiting for me to decide what to do. I felt very uneasy and ended up saying I will only have 2 removed. I was put in a room and the doctor came in through a back door without explaining what was going to be happening and before I know it she injected me and quickly cut my moles off it felt extremely rushed and it was over and done with in a minute and she left without speaking to me. The other nurse in the room spoke to me before I left but I felt so rushed and uneasy the whole way through. My experience was very unpleasant and my moles are still healing right now they are just sore patches so I hope they heal okay. I came away from the clinic feeling very unsettled and the ‘consultation’ fee is something they should make a lot more clear.
Firstly two appointments cancelled. Quoted on phone £150.00 for consultation and roughly £150.00 for lump removal based upon the photo I sent in. When I get there I’m told consultations are £295.00 which was for a one minute meeting with the doctor. The doctor isn’t here yet as she is held up in traffic and will be 25 mins late. I’m then told the lump removal will be £1400.00 but surprise surprise if I speak to the doctor she may do it for £900.00. So I’m effectively trapped in paying £295.00 for a one minute consultation if I don’t go ahead with the treatment. The treatment takes 10 minutes. Before making the one hour journey to have the stitches removed I decided to ring and check that someone will be there for my appointment and are told no one’s here today despite me having a booking ????This place has no feel of it being a private practice.

I called the clinic to ask about removing a cyst from my son's face, and the lady on the phone said, "its 249 for the consultation plus £295 for the removal, but if you decide to remove it on the same day, you don't pay the consultation". It sounded like a good deal, so I booked the appointment.On the day, the consultation took about 2min, and the doctor sent me to the other room to talk with the "pricing lady". This lady opened a book and said the price for removing that cyst is two thousand plus, "but because I'm one of the directors, I'm going to give you my family discount". She dropped the price to £1299. I said that's a great discount, but that was not the deal Pauline told me over the phone, and I'm not going to pay that. She went out to talk with someone and came back saying okay, there was miss communication, so I can offer you the procedure for £550 today. I was getting upset and said again that wasn't the deal, and she said, well if you don't pay the £550, you have to pay the £245 for the consultation. I ended up paying for the removal because my son had that cyst on his face for a while, and it was hurting him. I will be taking this to the legal department, as this clinic is an absolute SCAM. I wish I have read the reviews before booking. If you are reading this, avoid this place.
