I bought the case on a Saturday, but soon realised that I'd ordered the incorrect dimension (same price, though) so I emailed LL to request whether it was possible to change the case to the required dimension prior to dispatch on Monday morning. No problem - I received an email from Emma on Monday morning to inform that she had changed the case to the requested specification. The case was delivered on Tuesday morning.Excellent service, competitive pricing, prompt delivery and top customer care.
