I bought the case on a Saturday, but soon realised that I'd ordered the incorrect dimension (same price, though) so I emailed LL to request whether it was possible to change the case to the required dimension prior to dispatch on Monday morning. No problem - I received an email from Emma on Monday morning to inform that she had changed the case to the requested specification.
