I ordered a Samsonite Ecodiver case from London Luggage as it was competitively priced. Unfortunately they sent a yellow one instead of the black that was ordered. I contacted them via e-mail and they quickly arranged for the return of the wrong one and sent through a replacement. The return and delay was a minor inconvenience, but they corrected their mistake quickly and we got the case in plenty of time for our holiday.
I actually came across their shop in London earlier this year and bought a suitcase from them, they were friendly and knowledgeable. So when I was looking for a rucksack and saw them on line I had no hesitation in ordering, and they give a discount.
