The product was great value for money. But they delivered the wrong product initially, they then delivered the right product with no fuss. So for value for money and prompt delivery 5/5 but for delivering what I ordered 0/5 and then for sorting out their issue 5/5 hence 4/5 star rating
This is my second purchase from LL co in less than 12 months and I rate them highly. Products have been of good quality at competitive price. Soooo pleased with the weekend hold-all I purchased last week and it met with really good comments at the party I delivered it as a gift to. With both purchases I had a telephone query which were both dealt with admirably and without pressure to buy. Speed of delivery - within 24 hrs - amazing both times. Nothing negative to say, highly recommend.
