My engineer Simon was here when he said he was due . As soon as he knocked on the door he was there ready to shake my hand with his welcome. ( Very Rare). He was very friendly and game some advice that I asked about.
The service installed a new boiler and removed the old one, so you would expect the new unit to have a functional panel. Unfortunately, the installer left it with exposed pipes and did not provide any instructions on how to operate it without a panel. I contacted the support team three times and sent pictures twice, yet I still have no clarity on the situation. Can the management assist in resolving this issue?
