This really is an amazing company that values its customers. The customer service team is great. They were able to work out all the issues I had and were even kind enough to make sure I got my club reward. What a great company.
I was shocked on how fast I got my amazing metal poster print! It was in such a well protected and constructed box - better packaging (and less wasted paper and cardboard) than I have seen from places that have prints 5x as expensive! The selection was so vast that was almost overwhelming but the search function was super helpful. The staff is very responsive - I had a few questions and they got right back to me and completely answered my question and then checked to make sure all was understood. I already have plans to get another poster and to get my niece and nephew gift certificates so they can pick their own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They were quite slow with the first respons. Though it is understandable due to an overflow in their mailing system. But I’d prefer them to perhaps extend the estimated respons time if this happens again.
But overall they were very helpful and understanding. They managed to help me with my problem without any problem and took on the responsibility and replaced the damaged product without question.
I ordered a display. It came in bent boat I sent in an email. They said someone would contact me. Nobody did. I sent another email waiting for a response refund or new picture
I returned an item, but it was rejected at customs and sent back to me. Since then, I have tried to resolve this with Displate, but it has been nearly two months with no response despite multiple follow-ups.
The product was fine, but the lack of communication and after-sales support is unacceptable. I would be cautious ordering if there’s any chance you may need to return an item.
The customer support team is outstanding! They truly value every customer. I ordered a metal poster in late November, and although it arrived damaged during shipping, they responded within 24 hours after I reached out. They requested photos of the damage and promptly arranged for a replacement. I was worried about it arriving in time for Christmas, but the replacement came quickly. I highly recommend their products; the quality is excellent, and their customer support is unmatched!
